About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, driving the lifecycle of product development and contributing to the successful delivery of our SaaS-based products. Leveraging your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will collaborate with / and drive cross-functional teams to the delivery of product releases and other projects and programs, while also fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Value Stream Management: Driving the value stream in delivering in collaboration with other Value Stream leads, including Technical Program Managers and Program Leads. Participate in value stream events, process improvement initiatives, and optimization efforts to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Project & Program Management: Drive the definition and execution of project & program activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management and reporting. Drive and leverage cross-functional teams through strong communication and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to for consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, and consistently advocating for the best interests of the organization while maintaining positive relationships

Technical Acumen: Apply your experience with software development processes to guide project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Reporting & Management: Develop, Maintain and review project metrics and documentation, including flow metrics, backlogs, project plans, meeting minutes, action items, and other artifacts as needed. Be ready to provide regular updates on overall progress, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders as aligned with Agile principles.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, QA, and customer support, to facilitate communication and ensure clarity of expectations.

Problem Solving: Analyze complex challenges that arise during project execution, identify root causes, and drive development of innovative solutions to overcome them.

Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and optimization initiatives. Actively participate in retrospectives and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices.

Timely Delivery with Quality: Managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with committed timelines.

Outcome Based Thinking: Foster an outcome-based strategy and culture by demonstrating strong leadership skills, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and championing best practices in program management and execution.

Service Ownership: Embrace all facets of program initiatives and take ownership from inception to completion.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
- Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with large-scale SaaS-based environments.
- Ability to leverage a customer-centric lens to represent the customer's needs and preferences, where applicable
- Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into tough problems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
- Having a continuous learning approach, including the ability to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as ability to receive and incorporate feedback
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI
- Preferred certifications include: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
