The Senior Manager of Workplace Services is a key leader in managing our facilities operations at our Lowell headquarters. You will oversee daily operations and engage in strategic planning to enhance our workplace environment. Collaborating closely with the Workplace team, you will be dedicated to delivering an exceptional workplace experience that embodies our mission: Our Purpose is People. Your leadership will ensure our facilities meet operational needs and foster a culture of engagement and well-being for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Workplace Services team based in Lowell, MA.
- Promote a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of buildings.
- Ensure timely inspections and repairs, including walls, flooring, electrical, filters, fixtures, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other facility aspects.
- Participate in annual environmental and engineering audits.
- Support the implementation of building-related projects.
- Understand construction drawings and MEP plans.
- Assist with Fire/Life safety programs.
- Provide site support for operations, including moves, events, reception, and mail services.
- Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide support before, during, and after critical/emergency events.
- Assist with corporate events, which may occur outside regular business hours.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Direct strategic planning and execution of workplace services for a portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Collaborate with business units to effectively allocate and manage space assignments.
- Oversee and execute capital projects, including office build-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using CMMS systems.
- Lead a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all critical MEP systems.
- Support employee-facing amenity programs, including food and beverage services and event support.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in workplace services, facility management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of line management and team-building experience.
- Onsite position with the ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, move quickly, and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to quickly learn new tasks

The pay range for this position is $112,000 to $140,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
