This role will report to the Senior Director, Employee Communications.About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the Senior Director, develop and advise on executive communication strategies for GTM senior leaders in support of key business priorities.
• Provide communication support to senior leaders in the form of talking points, presentations, video scripts, organizational announcements, and similar materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications, and provide input on messaging, tone, and positioning that resonates with GTM employees.
• Support and drive change management communications.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials, including tools such as templates, presentations, and FAQs to help GTM leaders effectively cascade key messages.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of internal messaging and timing.
• Provide support for all-team meetings and town halls.
• Gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve communication efforts and strategies.About YouQualifications:
• 7 - 10 years of proven experience in internal communications, preferably within a GTM or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples to be provided upon request).

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with GTM strategies and operations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional executive presence and maturity, including experience coaching leaders and handling confidential content.
• Keen attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating communication tools and materials while utilizing a wide variety of communication channels and techniques.
• Ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $160,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
