The Value Enablement and Adoption (VEA) team is seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to join their global Training and Onboarding team. This role is instrumental in helping EPIC Ukrewers develop and grow to achieve their highest potential. The Sr. Learning Program Manager will drive the strategy, design, and implementation of effective new-hire learning and professional growth experiences for EPIC employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement in employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:
Lead and oversee large-scale, complex learning programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Effectively organize projects and activities, prioritize competing demands, and allocate resources to drive successful outcomes.
Agile and Scrum Practices:
Integrate Agile and Scrum methodologies into learning program development and delivery processes. Drive iterative improvements, facilitate sprints, and ensure alignment between program objectives and stakeholder needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, leadership teams, and Learning Experience Designers. Act as a trusted advisor and effectively manage expectations, communication, and engagement to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Needs Analysis and Program Development:
Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify learning and development requirements across the organization. Design, implement, and continuously improve programs that address those needs and align with business goals.

Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues associated with learning programs. Implement corrective actions promptly to minimize impact and ensure program success.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage budgets and operating plans for learning programs, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently to maximize impact.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of learning programs, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitation of Learning Sessions:
Lead and facilitate engaging virtual learning sessions and enablement workshops that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall engagement.
Employee Onboarding and Mentorship Programs:
Design, manage, and optimize comprehensive onboarding and mentorship programs to ensure new hires and existing employees are effectively integrated, supported, and set up for long-term success.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning program management and/or a trainer/facilitator role.
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
Demonstrated experience in Agile and Scrum practices, with a focus on iterative improvements and effective team collaboration.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
