We are looking for data scientists with a strong mathematical foundation, experience building AI-based solutions on real world data, and a pioneering mindset to join the team and help deliver new AI innovation into our platform.
Responsibilities
• Work with domain experts, perform data studies and analysis on billions of records from our one-of-a-kind dataset to identify meaningful business opportunities
• Apply statistics, machine learning, and a variety of other techniques to analyze the data, generate models, and prototype new AI solutions
• Build production ready prototypes and collaborate with others to bring concepts to life in the product.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and a broader audience of technical and non-technical persons.
• Thrive in different working environments. Both in independent, self-driven, research and development, and in collaborative, team-driven, projects.
Qualifications
Education and experience in a quantitative field. PhD, or master's degree plus 2 years of experience.
Experience in at least 1-2 machine learning or AI subfields, including but not limited to regression, classification, deep learning, time-series analysis, clustering, NLP, transfer learning, etc.
Practical ability to visualize data, communicate meaningful business insights, and utilize them effectively.
Programming experience and the ability to rapidly develop prototypes of new solutions
Experience with big data tools and frameworks, such as Cloud ML or Big Query, is a plus
Experience with ML Models deployed in SaaS applications is a plus
SQL, or experience with another database technology.
Python, or experience with another scripting language. Experience with programming packages like Pandas is desired.
Willingness to learn new tools as they become needed.

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
