Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) responsible for identifying and partnering with internal business units to provide technology solutions for their needs. Qualified candidates possess broad experience working with application development, system integration, data migration, conducting requirements gathering sessions, documenting those requirements for systems projects, and supporting the Business and IT teams during QA/User Acceptance testing. This position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies, and managing team dynamics. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Work on strategic projects and innovative solutions for the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform.
Support existing 3rd party application solutions which support Finance and integrate with Microsoft D365, assist with production support, D365 and ISV version upgrades, and implement small to medium enhancements.
Ability to triage support tickets to resolve system related bugs and engage with vendor for product issues.
Lead and facilitate requirements elaboration of user stories or business requirements documents, functional design, configuration specifications, and process and data-modeling.
Employ a variety of approaches to eliciting and documenting business, functional, and user requirements such as leading workshops, writing use cases, elaborating user stories, creating context and process diagrams, data mapping, and performing stakeholder analysis.
Analyze and maintain system configurations to satisfy business requirements.
Collaborate regularly with technical leads, developers, and integration developers on functional and technical requirements to implement enhancements or application integrations to satisfy business requirements.
Provide demonstrations and training material to stakeholders.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Execute responsibilities with an understanding of the product vision, strategic objectives, and priorities.
Good knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle using AGILE and Waterfall methods.
Work closely with QA analysts and may perform functional, regression, unit, and user acceptance testing.
Manage Azure DevOps work items and dashboards, ServiceNow Support Tickets, and be active contributor to daily stand ups.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Accounting & Finance.
At least 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
At least 2+ years of ERP implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solution
Accounting and Finance project experience across Procure to Pay including but not limited to Procurement and Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Product Information Management, Production Control, Vendor Collaboration, Warehouse Management, Tax, Security, and User provisioning.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
