About the Team:
UKG is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join the Ascentis business line Revenue Operations team. This role is an integral partner to the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team and consistently ensures operational excellence and efficiency.

About the Role:
The Sales Operations Specialist II partners with internal and external customers to generate, modify, and deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation including quotes, order forms, and contracts, process and audit customer orders, and support general sales objectives while providing operational and strategic support to general business processes.

Job Responsibilities include:
• Partner with the BRM team to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives by complying with internal processes and policies, including auditing documents throughout the quote-to-order process to ensure high-quality output
• Engage directly with Clients and Partners via phone and email on tracking requests, add-on order requests, and process them through reconciliation utilizing Salesforce and CPQ.
• Collaborate, have a general understanding of, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Billing, and Support.
• Leverage your sales cycle experience to improve client experience while shortening the sales cycle.
• Assist with downstream order processing, reconciliation, and execution of sales orders in accordance with contracts and policies
• Update Salesforce CPQ throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity
• Execute and track credits and RMAs through completion
• Partner with third party vendors placing client orders for timeclocks, badges, and hardware accessories.
• Embrace evolving technology to support business needs
• Support other Revenue Operations team objectives and special projects as requested
• Proactively support data hygiene and business operations through auditing Salesforce which may include, but is not limited to, reconciling Opportunities, updating Contact records, and the Closing and Opening of Termination and Opportunity records.
• Learn, adapt, and retain information to support an ever-changing Sales Operations role
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience in a customer facing or sales environment position
• Minimum of 2 years in an order processing or technical customer support role in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, working within Opportunities, creating quotes in CPQ, and delivering quotes and order forms through DocuSign
• High level of attention to detail
• Adaptability to change with experience redirecting activity when priorities shift
• Passion for understanding clients needs and providing top level service

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in the HCM/SaaS industry
• Knowledge and experience in working with clients that have various billing structures and frequencies
• Experience in supporting sales of tangible goods

The pay range for this position is $55,400 to $75,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
