We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who is looking for a new challenge to utilise their direct selling skills to sell Human Capital Management (HCM) / Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) /Cloud solutions into enterprise customers (1000+ - 5000 employee sized businesses). By identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities this role will drive customer growth and maintain/expand relationships with strategically important customers. Now it's your turn for an opportunity to build your sales legacy: we are expanding our sales force and are looking for the very best to represent UKG.

The ideal candidate has the Enterprise experience needed to be successful in this role but get's excited to work on and close multiple deals at the same time instead of closing that only one big deal of for example 30K+ employees…. Although you will sell into Enterprise accounts - you will be selling in what we within UKG call the mid-market segment (1000+ - 5000 employee size businesses). Same products, same partners, same fun as the UKG Enterprise segment, only more dynamic due to multiple deals at the same time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Consistently exceed the sales quotas and maximising sales revenue (software, cloud, hardware) to deliver 100% plus of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles.
  • Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities in your territory.
  • Establishing new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events.
  • Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
  • Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licenses, modules across the organization, upgrades or new solutions.
  • Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients.
  • Proactively developing marketplace awareness of UKG solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving new business sales, successful experience within an enterprise IT / software Solution / SaaS solution.
  • Previous experience selling into Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution services or Retail would be advantageous.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a successful sales track-record and a 'hunter' mentality.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present a clear business case.
  • You must have good business and financial acumen and be able to lead on a strategic vision. As well as trusted relationship management skills.
  • Driven to succeed through discipline and self-motivation and a positive & entrepreneurial attitude: 'can do - will do' mentality.
