About the Revenue Team Track
UKG is looking for interns to join our Revenue Accounting team for the summer term! As an intern, you will work in various aspects of a global organization and gain experience working cross functionally.
This is a global team that is responsible for the revenue accounting close for the consolidated UKG entity. We report on key data sets for the company including GAAP revenue. We have a large data set and several systems to support our close. Revenue is sourced from automated systems (90%) and manual journal entries (10%). We want to develop KPIs and reporting on the revenue close. The summer intern on our team will have an opportunity to learn and participate in all of these activities.
In this Revenue Analyst internship, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop KPIs for overall revenue close
- Develop reporting on the general ledger revenue close process
- Enhance and develop reporting on KPIs for REVPRO system close
- Support the Revenue Accounting team in implementing process improvements to create efficiencies
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree - preference will be given to upperclassmen
- Pursuing a major in Business, Finance, or Accounting with an IT/Management Information Systems minor
- Able to commit to a full-time internship - May 19th - August 8th 2025
Preferred Qualifications:
- Attended & passed at least 5-6 finance and/or accounting classes - Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Managerial Finance, FinTech, Financial Modeling, Microeconomics, Microeconomics, etc.
- Advanced excel skills
- Previous experience with Power BI
- Knowledge in SQL, Alteryx, D365 or other GL knowledge
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new technical systems quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
