We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our product management team as an Entry Level Product Manager working on our Human Capital Management (HCM) products. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of SaaS product management with a market leading HCM company. You will work closely with senior product leaders to contribute to the success of our products and drive customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable features.
• Work with engineering to define release plans that deliver high quality solutions to market using an Agile process.
• Work with product leaders to detail customer scenarios and use cases for development.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights to inform product decisions.
• Participate in product demos and customer feedback sessions.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field and 1+ years of software product management experience in an Agile environment
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
• We work in a collaborative hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required. Local candidates only please.
