About the Role:
As a Principal Learning and Leadership Development Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the talent development and growth of our global employees and people leaders. You will collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs and key stakeholders to advise, design, implement, execute and facilitate programming. You will be responsible for needs discovery, solution architecture and program facilitation of solutions that support the talent and skills needs of the business with a specialized focus on building and implementing global learning programs for executive leaders. Your work to accelerate executive development and custom talent solutions will yield tremendous impact throughout UKG.
Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as Learning Development subject matter expert by working with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor. Establish collaborative and trusting relationships across senior executive and management levels to influence strategic outcomes of talent practices.
• Learning Needs Analysis: Drive effective discovery through use of qualitative and quantitative tools specific to UKG L&D practices looking across UKG and synthesizing themes and business specific opportunities to drive fit for purpose solutions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to imagine, implement and deliver leadership development programs and custom solutions. This is inclusive of the flagship VP leadership development program and associated workshops as well as tailored interventions based on specific business needs and talent strategies.
• Facilitation: Facilitate the delivery of executive leadership programming and main stage keynotes for internal programming or to support UKG customer and employee events.
• Executive Development: Collaborate across the Talent Development Center of Expertise to create and drive targeted development plans based on Talent Review and Succession outcomes to drive specialized development and key capabilities for the next generation of leaders.
• Learning Tools: Leverage UKG human-centric design processes, templates, procedures, and tools, to develop engaging and impactful learning solutions and toolkits in partnership with our learning experience design team
• Culture Transformation: Lead and/or participate in miscellaneous initiatives to assess and shape UKG's organizational culture to foster an inclusive, high-performing, and innovative work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
• Significant facilitation experience, both in the classroom as well as in a stage/key-note capacity. Comfort with being front and center to inspire, challenge, influence and captivate audiences with high engagement.
• Degree and/or significant career experience across Learning Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning development, change management, or related fields, preferably in a consulting role.
• Proven track record of leading successful executive leadership development initiatives and driving measurable impact on talent development and performance.
• Demonstrated experience in decision making frameworks and governance models.
• Demonstrated expertise in team development, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and learning experience design.
• Certifications in change management, coaching and assessment instruments a plus
• Experience in a global or multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with HCM software, learning management systems, digital learning platforms, and learning measurement tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to facilitate programs and engage with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Extensive experience with main-stage, keynote and executive facilitation
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, culture, and change management principles
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to flex from highly strategic and conceptual into tactical execution
• Capable of managing multiple, complex program development simultaneously
• Strategic, system-level thinker, pragmatic and outcomes focused
• Innovative, creative; someone who wants to try new things and learn
• Comfort in working in a rapidly changing environment

The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $150,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
