The Human Resources Business Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing multiple HR projects, which may vary in scope, but have a discrete focus. This role partners with HR leaders, business leaders and cross-functional Project Team members to develop plans and manage detailed timelines in accordance with team strategy and project objectives. The incumbent has diverse HR and project management experience, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong follow up and attention to detail and can adapt to various types of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Project manage multiple HR projects with a discrete focus
• Determine and define project scope and objectives in partnership with HR and business leaders
• Develop and manage detailed project tracking/timelines to execute project goals and other project-related activities
• Work across departmental functions and interact with functional areas beyond own department
• Monitor project progress and partner with the leaders and project team to make adjustments as needed
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding progress, adjustments and any risk/concerns.
• Prepare and lead project meetings, including agendas and any post meeting notes/follow up
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the best practices of project management to support the evolution of the HR PM team
Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree with a preference for project management or human resources
• 5 - 7+ years of work experience in HR
• 5 - 7+ years of work experience in project management, preferably within HR
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to manage own workload, drawing on practice/precedent and strong project management skills
• Ability to adapt to new projects rapidly and work effectively on multiple projects
• Ability to communicates complex ideas clearly and precisely (both verbal and written), influencing others to take action and adopt different points of view
• Ability to build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships across all levels and throughout the organization
• Ability to develop and execute plans against overall project goals, identifying key issues and risks for project team and senior-level review
• Ability to manage time with competing priorities and aggressive timelines to achieve goals and close issues

The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $150,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
