UKG has an immediate opportunity for a communications and employee enablement expert to join its Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization as part of the Value Enablement & Adoption team (Communications/Enablement, Early Careers, Onboarding, Training, and Innovation). The role is vital to executing our internal communications strategy and driving employee adoption of programs, processes, tools, and behaviors across the EPIC organization.
As Communications & Enablement Lead in Noida you will directly report to the global Manager, Communication & Enablement and align closely with the local Manager, Learning Program Management. The position does not involve direct people management responsibilities but requires a strategic, enterprise mindset and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic communication, enablement, and change management plans that support EPIC's global enablement and adoption strategies-and drive desired business outcomes.
• Design and implement programs that support continuous learning and enhance India employee engagement and understanding of how to put EPIC's programs, priorities, and processes into practice.
• Collaborate with entire EPIC Value Enablement & Adoption team as well as other cross-functional teams within EPIC to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of key initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and other business stakeholders on communication best practices and employee engagement strategies.
• Develop messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital
signage, etc.)
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication and enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Triage, track, and own ad hoc inbound local communications requests and activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in PR, marketing, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a senior-level role within a large organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating change and applying change management principles and practices.
• Highly personable with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work well across internal teams and cultures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in business to business (B2B) high tech market; high tech PR or marketing agency experience is highly desirable.
• Change management practitioner certification from the BPM Institute, Prosci®, the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP), or another accredited program.
• Tech savvy and experienced using social media, collaboration, and content management platforms as well as experience using AI platforms - graphic design and/or video editing tools also a plus!
