About the Team:
Portfolio Optimization is a newly formed team within UKG's Pricing and Strategy organization, which is made up of teams focused on a range of strategic efforts: identifying opportunities, shaping priorities, ensuring appropriate pricing, and understanding our place in the market. These teams collaborate across a variety of outcome lifecycles, all focused on ensuring UKG's strategic direction is holistic and thoughtful. This team is responsible for designing and facilitating the Idea to Offering process with the intent to ensure the best, most cohesive offerings with the most streamlined process and technology support. This team convenes the decision forums in which senior stakeholders determine what new offerings to introduce, how to monetize these offerings, and how to implement these decisions throughout UKG systems. They manage the pipeline of new ideas proceeding through the new offering introduction stage gates and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that UKG is building and evolving the commercial systems and processes needed to stand-up new viable businesses. Additionally, they develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.About the Role:As the Portfolio Optimization Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and iterating UKG's Idea to Offering Process. You will work with Product, Pricing, Marketing, IT, Finance and a variety of other cross-functional teams to ensure that UKG is developing and implementing new offerings that work with our business practices and achieve our business goals. You will also lead the alignment of these teams as they endeavor to introduce new offerings and build new business capabilities.• Iterate existing commercialization processes vs. industry best practices and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Manage decision gates, including prioritizing the new offering requests and working with requestors to prepare their business plans
• Guide major new offerings from Services, Tech Partners, and more through the decision and implementation process
• Participate in building prioritization models
• Identify and build future commercial capabilities and improvements needed to land new offerings as viable business, including operational capabilities, automation, and other considerations

Basic Qualifications• Experience successfully designing & managing complicated cross-functional processes
• 8 years of work experience in software, finance or consulting
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA degree
• 3 years of work experience in enterprise SaaS pricing, strategy or operations
• Experience with Six Sigma (or similar) quality-control methodology

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
