About The Role
In this role you will leverage your experience with talent acceleration development, training facilitation, project management, and consulting skills to strongly partner, collaborate and consult across the office of the CEO, HR, various business units, as well as within the Belonging, Equity, and Impact space. You will play an integral role in driving and facilitating leadership development and coordination of the strategic and tactical elements of a leadership accelerator program as well as other global, strategic BEI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design a leadership accelerator program to attract, retain, and develop For All leaders leveraging internal and external resources.
- Develop and facilitate educational workshops for leaders and team members on topics of leadership and culture to advance For All leadership behaviors, skills, and mindset.
- Partner with HR, Talent Development, Learning and Development, Communications, Business Units, Office of the CEO, and strategic partners on the development and execution of the program.
- Create a collection of assets, tools, and resources to accelerate For All talent in leadership.
- Based on employee engagement data, recommend ways to operationalize BEI tactics governed by the Global BEI Strategy including:
- Providing consulting to key stakeholders within the HR organization as well as business unit leaders to support UKG BEI goal attainment and actions.
- Gathering and sharing insights on the latest industry trends to support For All leadership practices and leverage UKG partnerships where applicable.
- Support cross-business unit BEI best practice sharing and consultation including helping to lead BEI Forums.
Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of work experience overall; 10+ years in a consultant/project manager role within Education, Talent Management, and DEI&B space.
- Experience with Talent Accelerator Programs focused on Leadership and Employee development on a global scale, preferably within Tech
- Excellent judgment and experience effectively developing actionable strategies, frameworks, and implementations across the enterprise in partnership with core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, and HRBPs.
- Experience with, and passion for, bringing a company's values and behaviors to life by developing strategies/tactics pertaining to BEI intersections including gender, ethnic/cultural, identity, and generational intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence at all levels across the organization from executive leadership team, business unit leaders, Employee Resource Group leaders, and global cross-functional partners.
- Must be a strong teammate and possess skills in the areas of influencing, operations, and innovation.
- Confident and passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships. Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while executing initiatives and maintaining a positive results approach.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and present to Senior Leaders internally and external.
- Understands and effectively handles complex group dynamics and ambiguity

The pay range for this position is $142,100.00 to $180,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
