UKG Noida UKGDimensions (Workforce Management) group is hiring an Engineering Manger who is high on energy and are eager to learn new things. UKGDimensions (Workforce Management) is our flagship offering with enterprise grade sophistication and an envious market share. The requirements could be creating different kind of repeatable and highly configurable Boomi integrations and BPM Activiti workflows and creating automated test scripts to test the integrations.
A Manager will be responsible to lead his/her team of developers and QA engineers, one who participates in the design and development of features and resolution of defects. Further, he/she will also be responsible for delivering a quality release and set of features - making decisions about feature readiness and identifying areas for quality improvements. Finally, the individual will be responsible for managing a team of both QA and Dev engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Owns the overall performance management of each individual in the team including providing frequent performance feedback & guidance and conducting formal annual and midyear focal reviews
• Sets, communicates and monitors performance & development goals and achievements on an on-going basis for self and team
• Owns the overall career management of each individual in the team and provides advice on career and learning paths
• Serves as a single point of contact for team members for addressing concerns/queries raised by members in the team (regarding various issues including staffing/HR systems & policies)
• Provides inputs to HR around training needs of the team and assists in providing recommendations for value add training for resources that would increase team throughput
• Develops, supports, maintains and implements a medium, moderately complex project through a team
• Leverages individual team strengths for optimal team effectiveness
• Sets own work schedule for the project team to meet established objectives, supervises the day to day work of lower level individual contributors
• Interacts with the identified Peers, Product Manager and Business Analysts for finalizing schedule/timelines for delivery etc.
• Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action which is then executed through a team independently post review
• Contributes in application of knowledge to practical issues in related assignments or projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• At least 12+ years of industry experience in delivering application features with integrations and BPMs
• At least 5+ years managing a technology team of 8+ members with rapidly changing priorities
• Experience with process management (Scaled Agile) and exhibiting autonomy in implementing adjustments when needed to ensure the quality of deliverables while delivering within tight deadlines
• SDLC expertise, JIRA, continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Partnership and stakeholder management skills. Working closely with Product and leadership.
• Experience in software specifications and design techniques, unit/ functional testing frameworks
• Experience in SaaS, Multi-tenant solutions
• Experience in integration technologies like Boomi/ Mulesoft is a must; BPMs is a plus
• Domain knowledge of HCM is an additional advantage
• Boomi external certification is highly desired
• UKG product functional experience with WFD/WFC is additional advantage and highly desired
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle parallel executions
• Detailed Analytical and logical reasoning skills
