We are searching for a Manager of Product Management for the UKG Ready HR product. This person will manage the Ready HR product that supports both our external and internal business users. They will have the opportunity to build modern connected business applications that positively change how our customers work with our application - making them easier to use, interactive, and insight driven.

You are a Product Management leader who is passionate about building great products. Your role is both strategic and tactical. You need to be able to see and sell the big picture while keeping track of all the details, so the vision is delivered on time and to specifications. You will move seamlessly between internal and external stakeholders, communicating a vision while gathering inputs that will drive your product strategy and roadmaps into the future.

You are also passionate about managing and growing teams. You will lead and grow a team of product people working in an Agile methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive the development and management of roadmaps for the Ready HR products that are used by internal and external customers
• Understand and lead analysis of the competitive environment, customers, partners, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement
• Lead the ideation and launch of new features and products for internal and external audiences
• Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and implementation managers across the company to ensure that Ready HR is addressing the needs of each group
• Clearly communicate product and benefits to our users and stakeholders
• Be a champion of the agile product development process for the team
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and making changes where necessary to improve product outcomes
• Understand current market trends and incorporate these into product research and planning
• Organize and manage the team to successfully execute on the product vision
• Build strong product management skills within the team and motivate team members to become vocal champions of their products
• Work to gain alignment across cross-functional groups including engineering, UX, sales, etc.
• Present the roadmap clearly to both internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and thoughtful manner

Minimum Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years' experience in a product management role, with experience in B2B SaaS applications
• Previous people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Product management experience in HR or Talent
• Thought leader - experience and confidence speaking and sharing in group settings to educate, persuade, and inform
• Strong HR domain knowledge with firsthand experience working on HR products and services
• Proven ability to partner effectively across functions, with an exposure to complex organizations and the ability to gain shared vision on product decisions and priority trade-offs
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions
• Delivering great outcomes and customer experience; navigating in a complex environment utilizing expert product knowledge and influential leadership style

The pay range for this position is $122,600.00 to $176,250.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
