About the Position:
The Learning Delivery Manager leads a team of Product Instructors and Program Managers and supports all areas of the business, when it comes to Learning. This position focuses on growing and developing instructors to deliver product learning to all customers, internals and partners; collaborating and supporting the regional customer facing teams, including sales and services; as well as representing regional needs within the Global Learning Delivery and Enablement Team. The position requires up to 25% travel, both within India and occasionally to other countries, including the United States.

Responsible for the performance process of each team member, including setting goals to meet objectives set by UKG; individually tailored growth and development opportunities
Accountable for the performance and results of the team.
Partner with Sales and Service organizations, providing support on all aspects of Learning for India.
Responsible for monitoring and resolving overall satisfaction issues within company guidelines.
Continually develop and improve leadership capabilities to enhance effectiveness.
Manage recruiting activities and onboarding of new hires to the team.
Sponsor, lead, and actively contribute to internal projects and workgroups in the region and the Global Learning Delivery and Enablement team.
Lead and participate in the ongoing refinement of team tools, standards, and processes.
Position Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
5+ years corporate training experience in a fast-paced environment, working with all phases of training development, delivery, support and operations.
Experience leading people and managing teams in different countries and time zones.
Proven leadership and coaching ability required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills that apply to varying audiences.
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Experience with UKG products is preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to situations and prioritize tasks.
