Shift 7: 30 pm - 12 am IST
The Performance Support Learning Design Team is looking for a Learning Program Manager to join our dynamic group of learning experience designers and technical writers. This role requires high proficiency with the English language, including effective communication and writing abilities. Also needed are program management, holistic thinking, and collaboration with Learning Design leadership. The coordinator will play a significant role in maintaining the overall health and throughput of the team.
In this role you will:
- Assist with creation/maintenance of content in our authoring system, Heretto, to contribute to straightforward team writing needs as well as publish release notes daily
- Create and update new learning requests for the Performance Support team using our intake request and backlog management system, ServiceNow
- Create, update, and maintain basic resource pages and curate groups of deliverables for publishing using our content management system, Ingeniux
- Write original content for resolved issues/bug fixes
- Write, update, and maintain internal business process content that formally documents Performance Support best practices
- Write, update, and maintain content to address trending topics in Community, collaborating closely with Community managers
- Assist writers with organizing content in folders, archiving out of date or infrequently accessed content, and applying metadata to topics
- Assist writers in moving content through the translation/localization workflow in Heretto, including creating assignments in Heretto and capturing screenshots in the Pro Suite for languages other than English
- Monitor the Content Consumption dashboard and other reports to suggest areas of opportunity to Learning Design managers
- Be an available resource for Learning Program Managers when needed
