The ideal candidate for the role of Product Reliability Operations Lead will demonstrate a true passion for building trusting, rewarding customer and employee experiences, operational excellence, and the products and service we provide. This position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies, and managing team dynamics. Excellent analytical skills, team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem solving, conflict management, and self-motivation are required for success. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This role should foster key relationships with UKG technical leadership, Strategic partners, and key internal stakeholders. Our team's mission is to drive the maturity of our products and services while building strong partnerships with EPIC teams to continuously improve them.

About the Role:

• Drive advancement of Cloud strategic and operational vision, standards, and supporting functions, offerings, and tools, in alignment within EPIC

• Establish, implement and monitor knowledge management processes for technical team

• Build partnerships with highly matrixed cross-functional internal and external teams

• Understand Cloud and EPIC business priorities and identify technical initiatives and improvements that help deliver high value

• Deliver reliability improvements and process enhancements for key products and/or services while performing under minimal supervision to attain results

• Facilitate meetings to discuss initiatives and business/ strategy while delivering informative, well-organized executive level presentations

• Partner with EPIC Value Stream leaders to understand their needs from Cloud; leveraging practices such as Program Increment planning, backlog grooming, and Cloud dependencies and enablers

About You:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• 6+ years' experience in an analytical role, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations

• Managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Excellent technical, business judgement, negotiating and influencing skills

• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Solutions Consultant or Technical Program Manager

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable, and highly available solutions

• Strong technical acumen - ability to work closely with development teams on a range of technically challenging problems, including service-oriented architecture

• Strong analytical skills required, with ability to solve problems

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management

• Ability to adapt in a start-up environment and collaborate with a growing team

• Comfortable working with senior business leaders and their teams

USA Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this position is $109,000 to $156,700, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
