UKG is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Specialty Support professional to join our Print Shop team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring the seamless operation of our print environment. You'll serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with multiple teams to drive efficiency and excellence, particularly during critical production periods.
As a Lead Specialty Support Specialist, you will leverage advanced problem-solving skills, technical expertise in Windows systems, and an understanding of hardware maintenance to resolve complex issues and support our team. A quick learner, you'll adapt to our evolving technology and practices, while also creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in Confluence to support knowledge-sharing within the team.
This role also requires you to mentor and guide your peers, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. If you're proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple responsibilities, we'd love to have you join us. Your skills in scripting, database fundamentals, and equipment maintenance will be essential in supporting our team's goals, particularly during year-end and other high-demand seasons
*** This role is onsite and requires reporting to our UKG Weston, FL location 5 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rapidly learn and leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print Shop.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to manage cross-team features and dependencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file issues during peak production seasons, particularly year-end.
- Anticipate and influence business needs, proactively adapting to changing requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members toward effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain training documentation and manage the Team Confluence Knowledgebase.
- Create solutions for recurring issues in the print environment.
- Provide basic software and hardware support to the Print Shop Team.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of Windows systems and related software.
- Solid knowledge of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving ability with an eye toward technical improvements.
- Willingness to work overtime as required, particularly during quarter-end and year-end assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with C# scripting.
- Familiarity with scripting basics.
- Foundational knowledge of MSSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in creating Confluence content.
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience

USA Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is $55,400 to $79,650, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
