The Professional Services Solution Consultants are the key resource entrusted with understanding our customer's core business drivers and requirements, and then envisioning and delivering solutions that meet those needs. Solution Consultants will promote best-in-class solutions for Manufacturing work practices, as well as define and communicate technical solutions for the Manufacturing customers we implement.
Manufacturing is one of our largest verticals boasting a vast array of customers both nationally and internationally. These clients range from automobiles, defense, food processing, mining, alternative energy, consumer goods, and electronics. We are in search of a team player and confident leader with experience in one or more of these spaces who has a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Successfully implementing UKG products for customers following our prescribed methodology
• Preparation of detailed analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation, and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points
• Providing strategic expertise and consulting across the UKG Solution with a focus that will help support our customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product
• Providing consultative and well documented designs to the internal UKG Team working on projects, mentorship, and in-house education
• Maintaining a high level of enterprise competence, coordinating development and assignments as well as identifying, capturing, and sharing expertise
• Solves complex issues by using analytical thinking to identify or develop innovative solutions that may set a precedent
• Understands how to navigate information, alternatives, and internal relationships to obtain results
• Leads projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity; May act as a Lead coordinating activities and tasks of other team members
• Informally mentors individuals based on expertise
• Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a point of view
• Understands the internal/external business challenges and regulatory factors that impact own job discipline; applies best practices to improve products, processes or services

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of software implementation consulting experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
• Consulting/customer implementation experience in a technical environment, preferably in Workforce Management
• Broad knowledge of labor-management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions a plus but not required

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
