The Lead Resource Manager is an individual contributor who acts as a strategic adviser to implementation leaders within the UKG Pro Implementation suite. Driven by goals to reduce time to engage implementation resources for customer projects which will improve the overall customer experience, you will develop a strong understanding of UKG products, delivery methodologies, and the necessary roles and skills to match the right talent with the right projects. Resourcing within UKG Pro Suite Implementations is a dynamic and proactive environment, where we aim for:
• Valuable - experts in resourcing process, from pipeline through assignment

• Leverages market manager expertise and input
• Ensure implementation target metrics are met, increasing productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage capacity plans to proactively determine staffing needs through various tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce and Open Air.
• Hold implementation groups accountable to business goals through resourcing data.
• Interpret sales orders and statements of work to understand products, roles, hours and delivery model.
• Produce and analyze resourcing data required to make action recommendations.
• Build a strong understanding of UKG products, delivery methodology, and the roles and skills needed on products matching the right talent with the right project at the right time.
• Monitor day-to-day project activity impacts on resource utilization, proactively addressing underutilization or over-allocation of staff members
• Proactively build strong relationships with resources, gain understanding of their skills profiles/developmental interests and work with leadership and internal learning in talent planning activities.
• Successfully negotiate staffing conflicts through creative staffing solutions and alternatives and escalates sensitive or high-risk staffing situations as appropriate.
• Develop staffing processes for new businesses, new offerings and acquisitions in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for resource booking confirmations, conflict resolution, and solution development to align with business goals.
• Provide support and recommendations to continuously improve resource management processes, tools and reports
• Lead resourcing meetings and supporting business leaders to evaluate resourcing conflicts or opportunities/engagements with any other qualifying criteria
• Provide reporting to senior management, including both short-term and long-term capacity planning.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years Resource Management experience
- Professional Services or SaaS Implementation environment experience
- Experience in a matrix organization structure

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
