What you'll be doing:
Drive Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution of our market-leading Strategic Workforce Planning product. You'll be at the forefront of developing new features for entry into new verticals and ensuring deeper integration with the UKG Pro suite.
Innovate: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, prospects and end users to innovate on the future of our product, focusing on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Customer Centricity: Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes innovation and customer needs. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer requirements, you'll ensure our products exceed expectations.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful product launches. Your ability to communicate and coordinate across teams will be crucial in driving our product's success.
Impact: Make a real impact by pushing boundaries and striving for excellence. Your contributions will help transform how our customers work and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
Minimum required qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience delivering SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of application configuration, support, and application lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of working with key accounts to deliver Product into the hands of end users
• Remote contract with occasional need to travel with prior agreement with line manager
Preferred:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
• Deep understanding of the Workforce Management domain with particular emphasis on
> labour demand forecasting
> sales & volume forecasting
> fiscal planning & budgeting
> capacity planning & optimisation
• Familiarity with Enterprise Retail B2B operational needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
