An opportunity exists to be the Global Program Manager within the Partner & Global Engagement Services teams supporting critical initiatives to drive efficiency and growth in key growth areas within the business. The Global Program Manager will report directly into the GVP for Partners & Global Engagement Services, supporting leadership in identifying, executing and sustaining key projects within the group. This is a multi-faceted role, requiring the need to align with multiple stakeholders globally to support business improvement. The Global Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing programs toward the achievement of overarching and ongoing strategic objectives.
• Create and manage long-term program goals and monitor performance.
• Organize projects and activities in accordance with the strategy and goals and contribute toward UKG's growth.
• Define and oversee program governance (controls).
• Effectively utilize cross-functional resources across projects.
• Drive and manage stakeholder communication.
• Manage risks and issues, ensuring corrective measurements take place.
• May develop or manage a budget and operating plan for the program.

To ensure success as a Global Program Manager, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in program management in a related industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

• Drive programs toward the achievement of overarching and ongoing strategic objectives
• Define and oversee program governance, scope, expected outcomes, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Contribute thought leadership to strategic initiatives
• Plan and manage programs throughout their life-cycle to deliver anticipated results
• Collaborate with internal teams, including change management, enablement, and business stakeholders, communicate complex concepts with anticipation on objections to influence other to adopt a point of view
• Report progress to senior leadership
• Anticipate problems; formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the program
• Ensure program delivery on time, on budget, and with quality
• Oversee program deployment and adoption
• Diagnose and resolve issues
• Keep up with advancements and trends in Human Capital management delivery
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
• Critical thinking, creativity, and independent judgment skills
• Proven program management experience with the ability to work on and track multiple programs simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively lead with and without authority
• Agile mindset and ability to develop and facilitate creative solutions to complex problems
• Ability to evaluate performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, relationship, and stakeholder management skills and ability to build solid long-term relationships across the organization

Basic Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a related industry
• Experience applying continuous process improvement concepts, theory, and tools
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar preferred
• Established record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards
• Project Management and/or Program Management certification preferred
• Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred (Benefits background strongly preferred)

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
