We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the delivery of complex technical programs. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and a proven ability to drive innovation while delivering results. The Director will collaborate with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units to align technical programs with organizational goals and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to define program objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs, ensuring technical initiatives support overall business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to drive program alignment and remove roadblocks.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success and continuity.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of technical program managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and achievements.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine program management processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and team productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in technical program management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in SaaS development, with a technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams and drive alignment across departments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
