Position Summary
The Demand Generation Specialist 1 is responsible for providing support for demand generation activities, as well as their follow-up, monitoring, and generation of campaign reports, data analysis, and industry trends. You will be responsible for evaluating market conditions to support Marketing and Sales with materials and information that could drive potential sales of UKG products and services.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Weekly reports to monitor marketing campaigns
• Marketing budget control: completing the budget template and managing invoices and POs
• Creation and localization of marketing materials for Latam market
• Validation and translation of product documents, and general communications requested by the global team
• Database analysis and update for events, webinars, partners, etc.
• Market research: competitors, relevant information on key industries and subindustries for UKG Latam
• Support for inventory and marketing souvenirs
• Supplier registration
• Support in campaign executions
• Creation of marketing campaigns and report generation in Eloqua
• Creation of marketing campaign debriefs
Relationships and Communications
• Develop productive relationships with revenue generating departments.
• Develop cooperative relations with the international marketing team and the LATAM team.
Education and Experience
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field.
Skills
• PC literate: including Microsoft Office, email and CRM tools.
• Languages: English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred).
Personal Characteristics
• Confident, creative, and proactive.
• Highly organized and driven.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
