This individual is a key participant in the company's corporate treasury operations function and will have global responsibilities that require interactions with various UKG stakeholders and external banking partners. This role will be actively involved in a broad range of treasury-related processes and projects for our rapidly growing company in areas such as daily cash operations, bank administration, and reporting. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of treasury processes, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in treasury operations within a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will:
• Support Treasury Operations team and management to maintain strong domestic and international banking relationships for cash and treasury management services
• Assist in monitoring and reporting daily cash balances for multiple entities, ensuring liquidity and proper allocation of funds.
• Provide support for the processing of treasury payments, including ACH and wire transfers, under the supervision of senior team members
• Research, investigate and resolve bank transaction inquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Serve as Bank Administrator across multiple global banking platforms to initiate user setups and access changes while maintaining accurate records and performing user audit reviews
• Support the vendor onboarding process through the banking validation process, system setups and reporting
• Assist with bank fee data collection and help prepare reports to support cost analysis and optimization efforts while continuing to drive best-in-class products and services
• Compile various reports related to cash flow, bank fees, and treasury key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with documentation and compliance tasks to support audit requirements and ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards and operating procedures
• Maintain accurate records for bank signers, account statements, and other treasury-related compliance documentation
The skills you'll bring include:
• Minimum of 5+ years of treasury operations or related finance field
• BA/BS degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred
• Experience in a high volume global multi-currency company
• Kyriba or other TMS experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms
• Solid ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adhere to tight deadlines
• Experience using various treasury, banking and financial reporting systems
• Flexible team-player and problem-solver with the ability to adapt as change arises
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills to interact with various levels of management and build influential relationships with internal and external partners

The pay range for this position is $55,400 to $72,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
