About the Team:
The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the GVP of Relationship Management and other senior executives to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects, facilitating cross-departmental communication, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will act as a conduit to the GVP, ensuring that information flows effectively between the executive team and other departments, and will make decisions in lieu of the GVP when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. This includes creating presentations for the leadership suite that highlight Relationship Management.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement within the organization and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Manage the budget and other operational tasks for Relationship Management.
- Meeting and Content Coordination: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant business or management role, with a proven track record of supporting executive leadership.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue financial models and renewal metrics
- Experience working in account management or supporting customer-facing organizations
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is $127000 - 181000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
