You will be responsible for the following focus areas:
• Collaborate directly with Sales Leaders to coordinate and oversee territories.
• Facilitate weekly forecasts with the sales representatives and leaders for submission to the Finance department.
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary resource for Sales Leaders and Sales Reps within the SMB vertical team, addressing inquiries related to Salesforce, sales tools, and general ad-hoc data requests.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of Sales and Account data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Disseminate Salesforce best practices and educate sales partners to drive Salesforce adoption and consistency.
• Serve as the direct intermediary between sales and Salesforce systems teams.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and fields to bolster sales activities.
• Oversee and scrutinize data, sales roles, sales users utilized by sales.
• Implement and document new Salesforce enhancements tailored to sales requirements.
• Conduct audits of all won deals to guarantee data accuracy and systems alignment.
• Furnish administrative support to sales leadership.
• Assist in the Research and management of Account Creations.
• Participate in ongoing and month-end audit activities to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to conceptualize and assess Go-to-Market changes in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
• Defining and evaluating sales business performance through the utilization of Salesforce reporting and analysis, with a specific emphasis on pipeline variance, activity, pipeline progression, pipeline growth, close/win rates, and close/lost details.
• Collaborating with Sales Leaders on sales forecasts and managing necessary changes within Salesforce
• Managing financial aspects, including revenue tracking, dashboard creation, and providing management with monthly goal advice. This will also involve collaboration with the Finance team for reporting purposes.
• Assisting in the preparation of the Quarterly Review Ops package, which encompasses significant wins/losses, competitive intelligence, closed/won revenue, as well as year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter analysis.
• Contributing to the preparation of Leadership presentations and coordinating input from other functional area leaders.
• Generating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards for analysis, as well as maintaining a master customer list for team reference.
• Managing Sales Rep Territories within the Salesforce platform.
• Conducting research on accounts to ensure accurate account assignments. - Researching Merger & Acquisition transactions and assessing their impact on assigned accounts.
• Maintaining organizational charts and providing support as needed with miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting and tasks.
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, or similar role in a sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Salesforce is required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and/or marketing, or equivalent experience 5+years
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with active listening and summarization skills
• Ability to proactively influence, advise, and collaborate with the sales teams
• Excellent judgmental, interpersonal, communication skills and follow-through
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally
• Highly self-motivated, analytical with demonstrated problem solving and have sound business decision making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization.

The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
