UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to provide world-class service to our Managed Services UKGPro customers. As a Business Applications Analyst, you will provide in-depth consulting, analysis, configuration, validation, support and development of business systems and internal business processes for our customers. This individual will have strong technical skills with an in-depth knowledge of UKGPro, HR and financial systems and work with key users to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
****This person must be willing to do late evening hours India time and provide required coverage during Eastern Time Zone.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide UKGPro product and HRIS subject matter expertise to customers and team members.
• Provide solutions for UKGPro System functionality.
• Recommends process improvements after reviewing and analyzing customer business needs.
• Manage current and add new system configurations. Includes testing and validating.
• Performs project scope, analysis, and configuration of new US and Global companies in UKGPro.
• Imports System and Employee data. Includes, mapping, validation, and testing.
• Develops customer specific user procedures and documentation
• Assist with implementation of new UKGPro features applicable to HRIS functions.
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items.
• Escalate non-routine inquiries and issues accordingly
• Perform various projects utilizing the IBM Cognos Analytics suite of products to design, test, and deliver reports according to specifications within project delivery dates.
• Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis skills and is able to implement preventative measures.
• Assists with related special projects as required.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with team members and collaborate well with the US stakeholders
• Mentor team members and assist with development.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Management Information Systems and 2+ years related HCM/ HRIS role experience, or a combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience with UKGPro Products
• Good understanding of SQL Dimensions and Cognos Analytics
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Must work well with others in a team focused environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of UKGPro and other UKG products
• Ability to provide required coverage during Eastern Time Zone.
