About The Role:
The Bilingual Specialty Support Representative, Canada Payment Services will be responsible for prompt payment processing for UKG's customers utilizing the Canada Payment Services product offering. Reporting to the Manager, Specialty Product Support, the SSP III is also responsible for providing world class support to UKG's customers through first point of contact problem resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Process payroll tax data and respond to customer concerns via e-mail and cases within prescribed service level agreements
•Reconcile tax data to ensure accurate remittances.
•Collaborate with cross functional partners including but not limited to Trust/Treasury Operations, Implementation partners, Customer Success, Privacy Risk & Compliance, and Product Development.
•Monitor new customers through the implementation process of Canada Payment Services by ensuring that requirements are met, and set-up is accurate and in compliance
•Responsible for notifying and partnering with customers to resolve urgent payroll tax funding matters.

Qualifications
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years work experience in a services operations or customer facing role
•Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
•Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and build relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners.
•Passion for driving customer success.
•Excellent judgement and demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive work
•Professional banking, payroll, tax, or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting or a related discipline
•Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business constraints and needs.
•Experience working with Salesforce and SQL
