As an Analytics Consultant you will:
• Lead the solution design and demonstrate the strengths and capabilities of UKG's Workforce Management Data Hub and Analytics reporting solution. Provide end-to-end support to ensure the solution achieves the client's business and reporting goals.
• Document customer's business needs and convert those into Design Documents.
• Work closely with healthcare customers and internal teams to deploy and configure the UKG Analytics reporting solutions.
• Analyze workforce data to generate insights that improve staffing efficiency, labor cost management, and compliance and present the results back to the customer /
• Collaborate with healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce trends.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users to enhance adoption and self-service analytics capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Excel with ability to clean up data for file uploads and reporting.
•Understands database concepts such as data, tables, and ETL processes. Shows a desire to expand these skills.
• SQL knowledge required
• Ability to manage time between customer calls and customer configuration across multiple projects
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly is required
•Ability to travel when needed (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare domain expertise preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate industry-specific concepts related to productivity, volume, payroll, and reporting.
• Understanding of healthcare workforce management, scheduling, and labor compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling systems in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with APIs and API tools like Postman is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or AWS or something similar is desired, but not required
• Experience with any BI tool like Power BI or Tableau is desired
• Should be interested in designing and delivering Analytics/Business Intelligence systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
