Degree Level: Bachelor's or higher, or equivalent experience
Experience Level: Entry
Skills and Competencies:
Analytical/Problem Solving: Ability to understand and articulate project challenges or customer issues to gain additional support.
Customer Relationships: Establish relationships with customers, including internal project team members. Leads engagements with customer implementations.
Communicates with the team on simple questions and requires guidance for more complex issues. Responds to emails and meeting invitations in a reasonable time.
Interpersonal Skills: Developing interpersonal skills through shadowing and training.
