About you

You’re a connector who puts people first and values the lasting ​partnerships you’ll build. • • Scheduling: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for internal and external candidates, to create a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
    
  • Sourcing: This is everything from utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top talent, to posting job ads on partner websites, to sharing sourcing-related data with your stakeholders.
    
  • Solving problems: We are looking for someone who approaches a problem with an open mind, then researches, and presents potential solutions.
    
  • Systems: Being able to seamlessly navigate our systems and present opportunities for optimization and automation is a must for this role. Knowledge is power!
    
  • Collaborating: Working with people is the crux of this role and will require strong interpersonal skills.

    • • Previous experience in a role where you leveraged data, solved problems and fostered partnerships. This role will develop you in all of those areas!
