• Strategic Support:
  
  • Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies to support Marketing and Sales teams.
    
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess alignment of marketing processes, workflows, and technology.
    
    Operational Excellence:
    
    • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes and data management to enhance operational efficiency.
      
    • Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and events, supporting the rhythm of the business through regular cadence reporting.
      
      Pipeline Generation and Revenue Growth:
      
      • Monitor marketing campaign performance from lead generation to conversion, tracking and analyzing relevant metrics to provide actionable insights.
        
      • Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of customer engagement and retention across all segments, tracking and reporting on key metrics.
        
        Analytical Support and Proactive Insights:
        
        • Evaluate marketing performance, diagnose root causes, and provide proactive data-driven insights to Udemy Business stakeholders.
          
        • Make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness, actively reviewing and identifying leading and lagging indicators.
          
          Cross-functional Collaboration:
          
          • Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing and Sales operations.
            
          • Work closely with GTM and Revenue Ops teams to ensure alignment of marketing priorities and initiatives to sales goals.
            
            What you’ll have
            
            • 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM strategy, or a related role.
              
            • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
              
            • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages such as Python.
              
            • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
              
            • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
              
            • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
              
            • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
              
            • Fluency in English.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
                            Hiring Compensation Range
                            $960,000 — $1,200,000 MXN
