Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist.
- 3 years of post graduate experience.

- Manage the inpatient pharmacy team at our innovative Greeley Hospital campus (87 beds). This department boasts pharmacy automation with a carousel. This role assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization; and will be member of the Northern Colorado pharmacy leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Assesses the quality of services delivered and coordinates patient care services with staff, physicians, and other departments. Performs the duties of a Pharmacist when necessary.
