• continuously identify optimization opportunities for process improvements as well as develop new approaches to challenge the status quo
• coordinate and assist in projects that create opportunities to streamline current procedures
• drive strong partnerships with our stakeholders and colleagues by establishing effective relationships

• provide support for the liquidity management reporting and requirements
• identify and evaluate risks associated with cash and liquidity management processes by creating and maintaining controls.

Your team
You'll be working in the Cash and Liquidity Management team in Nashville, TN. Cash and Liquidity Management is responsible for the management and regulatory compliance of all UBS intraday and residual balances. The role's responsibilities are primarily accomplished through risk management, process excellence, reporting and maintaining effective relationships through open communication and effective collaboration with internal clients, business partners and fellow members of your team.
Your expertise
• ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other similar discipline
• ideally 5+ years of experience with banking or cash management responsibilities
• ability to collaborate with all levels within organization
• proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• proven ability to deliver output that is high quality, accurate, and timely
• strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments
• Series 99 is preferred
