As an Uber Direct Enterprise Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic clients across restaurants, grocery, and retail in Mexico. Your mission: build long-term commercial relationships, drive sustainable growth, and enhance user experiences-ultimately making Uber Direct the preferred delivery partner.
This role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic planning, operational expertise, and problem-solving skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working cross-functionally with Eats, New Verticals, Global Direct, and other teams to create and execute growth strategies that deliver real impact.

What You'll Do
- Own the growth and success of a portfolio of enterprise partners, ensuring their success on the platform.
- Lead merchant launches, creating and implementing strategies to drive adoption and engagement across various industries.
- Act as a key resource for growth strategies and operational insights, guiding internal teams and partners.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews (quarterly, monthly) to optimize executive-level sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and OKRs, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Execute deep-dive operational reviews, addressing executive-level challenges and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Implement a KPI & OKR-driven methodology, ensuring all teams are aligned with key business objectives.
- Provide hands-on vendor management and training, helping merchants adopt new features and tools.
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, and operations, working with large enterprises and C-suite executives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
- Experience developing business plans and presenting to senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and presenting insights.
- Commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of partner business models and market trends.
- Project management expertise, capable of leading and executing large-scale initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive execution.
- High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational experience, particularly in managing and scaling commercial processes.
- SQL proficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making and reporting.
