This is a hybrid (50% in office) role and you must be located in, or willing to relocate to, San Francisco.

About the Role

Uber's Treasury team drives operational and strategic value in each country we operate. This role will report to the Treasury Manager based in our San Francisco office. In this challenging position, you will play a critical role in enabling a world-class Treasury organization that supports Uber's dynamic and fast-growing business needs. As a member of the Global Finance Team, you will bring treasury subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted advisor to the broader Uber team.

What You'll Do

  • Support organizational initiatives to ensure liquidity, optimize excess cash, maximize yields, and improve visibility and technology
  • Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures and controls
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the Company's global expansion
  • Participate in and support other treasury projects
  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports to senior management
  • Support the cash management for all of Uber's North American entities

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Cash Management and/or Banking gained in a corporate or financial institution
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Index, SumProduct, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cash management experience at a top corporate or financial institution
  • Experience with working capital management or payment service providers
  • Working experience in a large multi-national Public company or Corporate bank is ideal
  • Data Visualization - SQL/Excel/Tableau (Experience turning data into insights)
  • Experience with a TMS
  • CTP, CFA, or MBA is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and be a teammate are a must

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$96,500 per year - USD$107,250 per year.
