About the Role

At Uber, our Territory teams are essential to bringing our global product to life in local markets. As a Territory Lead for Uber Eats in Mexico, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats in the Caribbean Market.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Managers and Analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop strategies that drive growth and improve the user experience. Your vision and leadership will help maintain market penetration, enhance customer service, and build lasting loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead your market: Spend time in your territory to understand local needs, meet with key partners, and ensure strong market connections.
  • Build relationships: Expand our network of restaurant partners, guide their development, and ensure the highest quality service for Uber Eats users.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Policy, and other teams to roll out new processes and products.

What You'll Need:

  • Strategic mindset: Take ownership of your market, set ambitious goals, and make thoughtful financial decisions to meet them.
  • P&L management: Own the financial results for your region, ensuring alignment with Uber's goals in Mexico.
  • Process improvement: Help design and optimize processes to increase efficiency and fuel growth.
  • Problem-solving attitude: Be proactive and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges hands-on in your city.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience making data-driven decisions and using analytical thinking for sound business judgment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across different teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to connect with couriers and restaurant partners, ensuring on-the-ground success.
  • A creative approach to solving operational challenges.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
