About the Role
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation by managing a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners. Your role will focus on expanding and optimizing their business while ensuring mutual success for both the restaurant partners and Uber Eats.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of restaurant partners' needs, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance business performance. Your work will directly impact core business metrics, driving growth and operational improvements.

- Develop Uber Eats' presence in specific regions, focusing on topline growth and restaurant performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring their success on the platform.
- Identify and execute strategies to increase sales, optimize operations, and enhance marketing efforts for restaurant partners.
- Support restaurants in achieving their delivery ambitions while balancing Uber Eats' business interests.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with restaurant partners.
- Serve as a consultant, helping partners improve financial performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction with Uber Eats.
- Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and products.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to advocate for restaurant needs, ensuring seamless coordination across different departments.
- Leverage internal resources to drive success for restaurant partners, improving delivery operations and business outcomes.
What You'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales.
- Fluency in Spanish (native) and English (working proficiency).
- Self-motivated and adaptable - ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Customer-centric mindset - passion for working with top restaurants and helping them grow.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and address partner needs.
- Detail-oriented approach - ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong focus on execution and accuracy.
- Highly autonomous & proactive - able to work independently while driving meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience with Excel is a plus.
- Prior experience in relationship management or working closely with restaurant partners is strongly preferred.
