About the Role
As a Strategy & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in launching different initiatives across all Delivery business lines in LATAM. From planning and executing supply growth and operations levers to work side by side with the Product team in the planning and roll outs of new features for the LATAM market.
This role is part of the Delivery Central Operations team for LATAM, which requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams-including Product, Community Operations and other Operations teams in central and regional areas.
What You Will Do:
- Implement courier onboarding strategies to ensure smooth platform access, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze the different LatAm markets, provide valuable insights and launch initiatives to grow supply
- Coordinate cross-functional product rollouts and configurations, managing the implementation and adoption across multiple markets in LATAM.
- Oversee compliance standards, ensuring alignment across operations, product, legal, and engineering teams.
- Design & lead small to medium scale projects independently

Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in solving analytical problems or leading projects
- Analytical Expertise: Proficient in analyzing data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills and a data-driven approach to tackling complex issues.
- Executional Excellence: Strong capability to ensure correct project execution and to avoid or detect possible errors.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in Englis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL or Python.
- Project management experience
- Affinity to learn different tools and internal software, in order to implement what is needed
