Strategic Operations Manager, Uber Direct, Spain

Madrid, Spain

About the Role

Uber Direct provides Uber's market-leading delivery network and capability to be leveraged by merchants through their own ecommerce channels. We are looking for someone to join the Spain Uber Direct Operations team. As a relatively new product for Uber, we are scaling quickly, innovating fast and building out a new proposition for ourselves and our partners. Uber Direct will change the way consumers shop in Spain, bringing a new level of convenience and reliability that helps people get almost almost anything where and when they want.

In this role, you will be responsible for Merchant Operations and you will champion the voice of our merchant partners. It will be your role to ensure we deliver an outstanding merchant experience across all touchpoints throughout the entire lifecycle. Your day-to-day will be spent working with the product, operations, and account manager teams to launch new capabilities, building new processes, and optimizing existing ones, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities, and managing merchant operations.
