About the Role
UberEats is looking for a Strategic Operations Senior Manager to support the growth and execution of demand strategies for our national and regional Grocery and Retail partners. This role will focus on portfolio management, performance optimization, and tailored strategic planning to help our merchant partners grow on UberEats.
The Senior Manager will play a key role in driving demand generation and investment strategies, working cross-functionally to optimize our retail partnerships. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and strategic stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Miami, NYC, Chicago, or San Francisco on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What You'll Do
- Manage Demand Growth Strategies: Develop and execute tailored marketing and investment plansfor a portfolio of national and regional retail partners in the US & Canada.
- Analyze Performance & Optimize Strategy: Use data-driven insights to assess partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance investment returns.
- Own Execution & Implementation: Execute growth playbooks, test new demand strategies, and drive revenue through methodical experimentation and optimization.
- Engage with External Stakeholders: Partner with strategic regional partners on strategy and execution tooptimize their performance on UberEats, supporting their investment and demand generation decisions.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams-including Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to ensure seamless execution of merchant growth strategies.
- Develop Scalable Processes: Implement best practices and operational efficiencies toscale demand growth programs across multiple partners.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, business management, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
- 1+ years of client-facing experience
- Experience in grocery, retail, or CPG industries is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data insights into actionable business strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to execute projects efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
