As a Sr. Program Manager for the US&C Eats Scaled Sales team, you will build and execute data-driven strategies and processes that drive a scaled acquisition strategy for merchants across US/C. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts (i.e. Sales Ops, Merchant Ops, BPO's, Finance, and other Ops verticals) to lead high-impact initiatives across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a 100+ person sales org through our BPO network designed to drive merchant acquisition at scale
  • Drive analysis on important strategic decisions and inform key business initiatives, including understanding the key levers to improve the experience and sentiment with Uber Eats.
  • Design & execute high-impact initiatives that help scale Uber Eats' merchant acquisition strategy.
  • Improve operational performance by using a quantitative approach for issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement rollouts.
  • Build, define, lead, and improve business policy KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Generate and distill insights into meaningful product, support, sales, and operational improvements.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the best sales/operational practices acquired internally and externally.
  • Communicate to senior regional leaders on projects and priorities; able to organize and lead effective meetings, collect and provides actionable feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or sales function
  • SQL and/or other programming language proficiency
  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Salesforce
  • Experience with sales strategy or account management environment
  • Experience building efficient processes that scale across a large organization
  • Shown success in uncovering data to guide program-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving and driving action
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex data sets into simple and digestible takeaways for senior leaders and managers
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions

About the Team

The Scaled Sales team owns and operates multiple acquisition channels across the org ranging from the Inbound Sales funnel for all merchants to an Ads/Marketing upsell team. Annually this team is responsible for a larger portion of all US/C new merchant signups and new active advertisers. As a global company, we set the gold standard for what scalable acquisition looks as we focus on our mission of building a product-agnostic sales funnel.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
