About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Success Ops Manager to join our growing Delivery Integrations Team. This role will work closely with our Head of Partner Success and will own our scaled & self-serve partner strategy. This role will also own analysis, reporting, and process creation to inform our broader strategy and improve team efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement our strategy for managing our long-tail integration partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Partner Engineering and Product to rollout new products and features to improve our self-serve developer experience
- Use analytical skills to distill business insights that inform our overall partner management strategy
- Own governance and reporting for the Partner Success team, ensuring that we operate at peak efficiency

Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years' of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience problem-solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
- Strong experience building and executing complex processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience
- Experience with quantitative data analysis to provide deep measurable insights
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with teams and cross-functional partners
- Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to develop strategies and make decisions quickly
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
