- As a software engineer, you have the opportunity and responsibility to develop Identity management systems and microservices responsible for authentication and single sign-on app integrations. You are responsible for building new features, frameworks, workflows and integrations for the IAM team.
- You will be responsible for Tier 1 services that are responsible for human and non human identities at Uber
- You will refine and implement automation around identity lifecycle and access management.
- Your efforts will directly impact the security and operational efficiency of our most sensitive systems, ensuring reliable access for employees, contractors, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.
- You will work and grow with talented teams delivering projects that impact all of Uber

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Highly driven individual who wants to grow their expertise in security engineering and identity domain
- Experience developing complex software systems scaling to millions of users with production quality deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
- Experience with large-scale distributed storage and database systems
- Ability to decompose complex business problems and help lead multiple teams in solving them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents.
- An awesome team player

- Experience in Identity and access management domain
- Knowledge of the current security landscape and experience using and applying security threat modeling.
