The United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) Consumer Growth team is responsible for developing and executing our demand growth strategy across all UKI markets. Our projects often require cross-functional alignment, large-scale data analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to influence senior executives. What you will do
As the owner of cross selling, you will drive platform growth and user engagement across both Mobility and Delivery. You will lead and guide cross-functional collaboration across multiple lines of business and own the planning and execution of innovative growth initiatives. In one of the most competitive markets, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our strong growth trajectory by optimizing budgets and leveraging strategic insights to inform data-driven decisions.

- Develop and implement robust growth strategies across our Mobility and Delivery platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Manage a 7-figure monthly demand-generation budget for Eats UKI, with a primary focus on cross-platform growth. Ensure optimal budget allocation and efficiency.
- Recommend budget allocation for multiple teams, including Global CRM, Product, Performance Marketing, and Local Operations and Commercial teams.
- Spearhead strategic campaigns across our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Provide insights to the Regional team and the UKI Delivery Leadership team around demand performance metrics, budget deployment and calendar updates.
What you will need
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a similar position, having managed stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast-moving working environment.
- Robust data analytics and technical skills, including Python for data science or automation, and advanced SQL.
- First-hand experience with statistical analysis and experimentation techniques (e.g. A/B testing).
- Proven experience working with senior executives, ideally within global organizations or at the C-suite level.
- You are a truth seeker. The ability to self-start, investigate and get the required data, along with learning how to use new tools, will make you much more effective in this role. You enjoy being a self-starter with a proactive attitude.
