As part of the Earner Operations team, You will lead the Driver Experience and Engagement function, you'll work to deliver upon Uber's key value proposition of being the platform of choice.

You'll develop tools and resources to help driver-partners make the most of their time; build programs to foster positive community and engagement, work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the voice of driver-partners and identify areas for improvement, leading the charge to improve the experience while earning with the Uber app.

You will actively work with tech and product teams to improve earner app features by consolidating the earner top pain points across regions and influencing the decision and prioritization within the tech community.

The Driver Experience & Engagement Manager will be at the forefront of one of the company's biggest priorities: investing in driver-partners. This critical, exciting role calls for a strong project manager who is passionate about driver experience and ready to jump on challenges as they emerge.

What You'll Do:

  • Work Closely with tech and product team to solve for top earner pain points across the region and influencing the decision and prioritization within the tech community
  • Represent the North Asia Earners Agenda Globally and influencing key decision making on product feature prioritization
  • Lead the driver incentives strategy for North Asia to increase engagement of driver partners which will involve strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Lead special projects to improve key aspects of the driver-partner experience; Maintain a continuous improvement process to identify earner pain-points, use complex problem solving skills to propose solutions and execute recommendations
  • Develop data led insights to inform the business on sentiment, emerging issues and engagement; elevating the voice of driver-partners in North Asia
  • Build programs focused on building a sense of community and connection for driver-partners to deepen relationships.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in senior stakeholder management, cross-functional project management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Google Sheets), and other analytical tools to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal teams and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for Uber's mission and an interest in the rideshare and mobility space

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
